What is the return policy?
Return/Exchange Policy - IN HOUSE ONLY. Does not apply to Print on Demand items, see below.
All In House merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date the order is received for a store credit or if returned within 14 days a full refund back to the original form of payment. All merchandise must be returned in new condition (unwashed and unaltered.) Any return received with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair or smoke will be refused and returned to you and will be subject to a shipping charge.
All sale/discounted items are final sale and not eligible for a refund or return. Exchanges can be made if inventory is available. Literary Chic reserves the right to refuse any refund. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they leave our facility.

Return/Exchange Policy - PRINT ON DEMAND ITEMS ONLY
Because each item is made to order soon after the order is placed, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If you receive the wrong order or if your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact info@literarychic.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can be sure you receive exactly what you ordered! I am more than happy to make sure you are satisfied with your order.

How long until my order ships?
Our goal is to get your order out as fast as possible! That said, each item is made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be printed and processed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Why are there multiple shipping charges at checkout?
We are transitioning from a Print On Demand business model (where items are printed and shipped by a print provider) to everything being Made In House by me! Because of this, items may ship from different locations.
Orders that include Print on Demand or Embroidered items will ship separately. Because they are coming from different locations, you will see multiple shipping charges at checkout and receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
Our goal is to have Print On Demand completely phased out by the end of 2025.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order there is a 1 hour time limit after the order is placed so please let me know ASAP by sending an email to info@literarychic.com. After 1 hour, we cannot cancel or change the order.
