PROCESSING/SHIPPING

Our goal is to get your order out as fast as possible! That said, each Embroidered Print On Demand item is made to order by our printing partner. Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be printed and processed. Embroidered Print On Demand items will ship directly from the manufacturer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Note: Orders that include Made In House or Print On Demand items will ship separately. Because they are coming from different locations, you will see multiple shipping charges at checkout and receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

What is the return policy?

We do not currently accept returns or exchanges. However, if there are any issues with your order, please email me at info@literarychic.comand I will happily assist you!
How long until my order ships?

Our goal is to get your order out as fast as possible! That said, each item is made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be printed and processed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Why are there multiple shipping charges at checkout?

We are transitioning from a Print On Demand business model (where items are printed and shipped by a print provider) to everything being Made In House by me! Because of this, items may ship from different locations.

Orders that include Print on Demand or Embroidered items will ship separately. Because they are coming from different locations, you will see multiple shipping charges at checkout and receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Our goal is to have Print On Demand completely phased out by the end of 2025.
Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order there is a 1 hour time limit after the order is placed so please let me know ASAP by sending an email to info@literarychic.com. After 1 hour, we cannot cancel or change the order.
