Shipping/Return Policies + FAQ
We are currently in the process of transitioning from a Print On Demand business to (mostly) everything being made In-House by me! For this reason, processing times may vary depending on the items ordered.
How soon after I place my order should I expect it to ship?
Print on Demand Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days. Embroidered items can take up 5 business days.
In-House items will be fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 weeks.
You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order ships. Please keep in mind that if you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments and you will receive tracking info for each shipment.
I placed a preorder. How soon can I expect it to ship?
Preorders are expected to ship within 2-3 weeks of the date of order although I work hard to get them shipped out as soon as possible.
Shipping Policy
Shipping typically takes anywhere from 3-5 days within the U.S. for standard shipping, 4-8 days within the U.S. for economy shipping, and around 2 weeks internationally. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order ships with tracking information. Please note that these times are estimated by the shipping carrier and may take longer. Please double check your address. We are not responsible for items going to the wrong address.
Care Instructions
While each item has specific instructions under the description of the item, as a general rule, we recommend washing each shirt inside out in cold water with like colors on delicate settings. Tumble dry on low heat, but for best results we highly recommend hanging to dry. Do not iron decoration. I steam my shirts inside out if they need it.
Puff print items require added care. We strongly suggest hanging these to dry to extend the life of your products.
Return/Exchange Policy
Because each item is made to order soon after the order is placed, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If you receive the wrong order or if your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact info@literarychic.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can be sure you receive exactly what you ordered! I am more than happy to make sure you are satisfied with your order.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order there is a 1 hour time limit after the order is placed so please let me know ASAP by sending an email to info@literarychic.com. After 1 hour, we cannot cancel or change the order.
