When is Black Friday?
Start date: Friday, November 28th at 8AM EST.
End date: Tuesday, December 2nd at 12PM EST.
What will be available during Black Friday?
A full catalog will be announced on Sunday, November 23rd so I can’t spoil it yet, but there will be sneak peeks shared on our social media throughout the month so be sure to follow us on Instagram and TikTok!
Can I use discount codes or reward points on Black Friday?
No discount codes of any kind can be used on Black Friday, including welcome discount codes or ambassador codes.
Reward points can be used!
Will items be available after Black Friday?
Yes! Items that do not sell out will be available on the site after the sale ends. However, once the sale is over, the items will return to their original price.
Are all items included in the sale?
Yes! Everything on the site including our new collection dropping on Black Friday will be a part of the sale. The only exception will be items in the Treasure Trove since they’re already discounted. Some items will be more heavily discounted than others.
Will you restock any sold-out items during the sale?
Yes! Some much our most loved items will be restocked for Black Friday. Keep an eye on our social media to see which ones will be returning.
How are prices shown on the site? Do I need a discount code or is everything automatically discounted?
All items will be automatically discounted. No code needed! You’ll be able to see the discount price on the product listing.
Will there be any exclusive drops or limited items during the sale?
Yes! We have a brand new collection launching on Black Friday and some items will be limited.
Are items in cart reserved or saved?
Unfortunately, there’s no way to save or reserve your cart without checking out. The software we use doesn’t have that capability.
Do you offer pick up for local orders?
At this time, we do not offer local pick up or delivery.
SHIPPING & ORDERS:
How long will printing and processing take during the sale?
Made In House items: Our current printing and processing time is 7-10 business days. Depending on order volume, this may increase. However, my goal is always to get your orders to you as soon as possible.
Print On Demand/Embroidered items: Our print provider’s processing times during the holidays are 3-5 business days.
Will my order ship in multiple packages?
If your order contains both Made In House and Print On Demand/Embroidered items, yes, it will ship in multiple packages with separate shipping charges and corresponding tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally.
Can I edit or cancel my order after it’s placed?
If you need to cancel an order there is a 1 hour time limit after the order is placed so please let me know ASAP by sending an email to info@literarychic.com. After 1 hour, we cannot cancel or change the order.
We highly recommend double checking your size, quantities, color, and shipping address before submitting your order.
I placed multiple orders during the sale– can I combine them to save on shipping?
We’re so sorry, but in order to keep things running smoothly on our end, we cannot combine orders once they’ve been placed. This applies to both domestic and international orders.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
What is your return/exchange policy for sale items?
Holiday return policy - extended return window to January 31st applies to Made In House items only for a full refund. Exchanges can be made if inventory allows. Print On Demand/Embroidered items are final sale. Click here to view our full return/exchange policy.
